ReGina Crawford

ReGina “G Styl” Crawford is an entrepreneur, as well as, a published author, spoken word artist, mental health activist, and is currently working on a film project that combines her love of poetry with bringing awareness to suicide prevention, recovery, and post-suicide survival. She is a graduate of Central State University, and she began her company G Styl Productions in 1996 with it becoming officially incorporated in 2004 combining the five divisions of the company under one corporate umbrella. The company offers various services from publishing for other independent authors to business plan writing and office set up to other entrepreneurs to introductory computer training in Microsoft Office products. ReGina also lends her voice to let others who suffer from mental health issues know that their life is valuable and has purpose as she is in her 8th year of suicide survival, and promoting mental health and suicide prevention education. “I know I can’t save everyone, but I pray that my words reach the ones that I can save. ”

ReGina received the award Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003, and Creative Entrepreneur of the Year in 2008 by Women Entrepreneurs of America, Inc. ReGina appeared in the 2004 and 2009 editions of Who’s Who in Black Cleveland. ReGina is also a performance poet, and writes all her own poetry. She has been writing poetry since she was ten (10) years old, and has had poems published on-line at Erotic Dreams, as well as, in several of the National Library of Poetry anthologies including The Best Poems and Poets of 2003 where her poem True Meditations of the Heart is the opening poem. She has recorded five (5) poetry CDs, and released her debut romance novel Triple Threat in June of 2008 followed by the sequel, Food From the Heart in March 2009. She released her third novel in April 2011, Heart, Body, and Soul, and her fourth novel titled Snake Chaser was released in August 2012.
